Shipping policy
Processing Times
- Orders are processed 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed after 15:00 local time or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Pre-order / made-to-order items will show the estimated ship date on the product page.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- We ship from Bandung, Indonesia using trusted couriers JNE, J&T, POS.

Delivery Time Estimates (after dispatch)
- Jabodetabek: 1–2 business days
- Java: 2–4 business days
- Outside Java: 3–7 business days
Actual delivery times depend on courier operations, weather, and peak seasons.
Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email/SMS once your order is shipped.
- Track via your order status page or the courier website/app.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Need to change the address? Contact us before dispatch at email/Chatbox.
- If a package is undeliverable/returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship after collecting a reshipping fee.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
- Please inspect upon delivery. If damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve it.
International Shipping (Optional)
- We ship to selected countries. International rates and delivery times appear at checkout.
- Duties/Taxes: Customs fees, import taxes, or brokerage charges are paid by the recipient and vary by country. We cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue items.
Shipping Restrictions
- We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas where couriers don’t operate.
- During promotions or holidays, processing and delivery may take longer.
